자녀를 양육하는 이혼 또는 미혼 한부모가 비양육 부·모로부터 양육비를 안정적으로 지급 받을 수 있도록 상담, 협의, 소송, 채권추심, 제재조치 등의 종합적인 서비스를 지원합니다.
Will support the children from divorced parents, single parents for their children, As comprehensive counseling services , consultation litigation, debt collection , including the provision and penalties.

만 19세 미만 자녀를 양육하고 있는 한부모·조손가족 등
Single parents raising children the age of 19 years old. And other family.
※ 자녀가 대학 재학 중일 경우 22세 미만까지 지원(군복무 후 복학한 자녀의 경우 22세 + 군 복무기간까지 지원) If the child is studying has a support in college until less than 22 years old ( in the case a child returning to school after military service up to 22 years old and above )
※ 다문화가족 및 이민자 한부모가족의 경우 자녀가 한국국적일 경우 지원
The Multicultural families and migrant families and single parents of children in South Korea Nationality is also will receive a support.

상대방에게 양육비를 받지 못해 자녀의 건강한 성장 환경이 위태롭게 되었거나 우려가 있는 경우 심사를 거쳐 한시적으로 양육비를 긴급지원합니다.
If you do not receive child support from the other party or endanger the chid's health growth environment , there is a possibility for a limited time to support through screening emergency assistance.
● 지원요건 Support Requirements
- 양육비이행관리원에 이행지원 서비스를 신청한 양육비 채권자
Apply for a child support to Child Support Implementation Management Support Service
- 보건복지부의 「긴급복지지원법」에 따른 생계급여를 받았음에도 어려움이 지속되는 경우
If difficulties persist even received a living wage according to the Department of Health and Human Services " Emergency Welfare Assistance Act'
- 가구 소득이 기준 중위 소득 50% 이하인 경우 또는 「한부모가족지원법」 제5조에 따른 한부모가족지원 대상자인 경우
If the single -parent family support person pursuant to household low income less than 50% of the income criteria or " Single Parent Family Support Act" Article 5
- 「국민기초생활보장법」에 따른 생계급여를 받지 않는 경우
If you do not receive a living wage according to the National Basic Livelihood Security Act"
* 위 요건을 모두 충족해야 합니다.
All of the above requirements must be meet.
● 지원금액 : 자녀 1인당 월 20만 원(한부모가족지원법에 따라 아동양육비를 받는 경우 월 10만 원)
● Support Amount: One Children ₩ 200,000per month ( depending on of single- parent families receive the support of the Children's Act will receive ₩ 100,000)
● 지원기간 : 6개월(필요한 경우 3개월 연장)
● Support Period: 6 months ( if extension needed 3 months will be granted)
